I love teaching with love, humor and heart! And believe that yoga is accessible to everyone. I am so in AWE of how this practice builds community, wisdom, trust, balance, breath, curiosity, fun and sooo much more. There is so much that we learn on the mat that we can take into our everyday life, become wiser and more compassionate humans.
This passion of mine started many years ago with many different fitness practices and teachings but in the last 10 years I have craved to take off my shoes, step on the mat and use my own body in a strong mindful way. I started by getting certified in reformer and mat Pilates and then added Yoga through YogaFit and 200 Hour YogaRenew. So if you come to my Slow Flow classes you may see some Pilates peeking in, to me it just works beautifully. My classes are focused, beginning with breath and a fluid movement...a blend of holds and flow. My music has a rhythmic and soulful beat that brings us into the moment to connect our mind, body and breath.
My goal as a teacher to guide you through an energetic flow that empowers each person to discover their own potential in their practice and their lives.
I hope you will join me at Go To the Zone Wellness and let's experience this together.

Adaptive Holistic Yoga (ADHO), Hatha, Vinyasa
I am passionate about creating inclusive and supportive yoga experiences where every student can feel comfortable and empowered in their body.
My focus is on ADHO (Adaptive Holistic Yoga), which integrates mindful movement, breathwork, and modifications to meet each individual’s unique needs - making yoga accessible for all. I also enjoy guiding students through Hatha for grounding and balance, and Vinyasa for flow and energy.
My teaching style is compassionate, adaptive, and holistic, supporting not just physical movement but also mental clarity and emotional well-being. I look forward to sharing this journey with you on and off the mat.

Gaby
Gaby is a sound healing practitioner and multi-instrumentalist whose personal journey has been transformed through sound-based healing, plant medicine, and holistic approaches that support emotional and physical well-being. My work is informed by the study of music theory, brainwave states, and the effects of sound and vibration on the physical and spiritual body, blending intuitive practice with intentional, research-informed foundations. I feel deeply grateful to share sound as a grounding and restorative practice, creating spaces where regulation, reflection, and inner alignment can naturally unfold.
A sound bath is a restorative, meditative experience where you are invited to rest comfortably, usually lying on the floor or sitting supported, while being immersed in the gentle, layered tones of instruments such as the Chinese Chau gong, 432hz singing crystal bowls, Himalayan bowls, crystal harp, therapy harp, crystal pyramid, and a variety of chimes. My sound baths begin with a guided, toe-to-crown tension release to help soften your body and quiet your mind, followed by a guided visualization to help you arrive in the present moment and relax into your body. From there, the instruments are played in a flowing, intentional way, creating waves of sound that you simply listen to, feel, and receive. As much as a sound bath is a listening experience, it is more so a felt experience, as the waves of sound not only travel around you, but through you, affecting you on a cellular level. There is nothing you need to do and no experience required; many people find this stillness allows their nervous system to shift into a deeply restful state.

Amanda
Hi, I’m Amanda
There was a time in my life when I felt completely disconnected from myself, rushing through life, numb, and unaware of my own needs. Yoga became my guide to a softer, gentler side of myself that I had never experienced before. What started as a physical practice became a way to slow down, reconnect, and be fully present with who I am and what my body and mind needed.
In my classes, I combine mindful movement with intentional breath to create a space where you can show up exactly as you are. Some days might be about building strength, other days about fully resting, and both are honored equally on the mat.
For me, yoga isn’t about perfection or flexibility. It’s about awareness, listening to your body, and finding moments of calm and clarity in a world that moves so fast.
When you step onto your mat with me, my hope is that you leave feeling supported, empowered, and reminded that you don’t have to be anything other than exactly who you are in that moment.

Body/Mind exploration and healing has been a focus in my life for almost 25 years.
Through my own journey of injuries and illness, I have found, practiced, and enjoyed sharing so many beautiful ways to assist the mind and body towards a better place. Licensed in massage therapy in 2004, I thrived in the massage world. Intrigued with the differences in each person that arrived on my treatment table and each person’s healing journey.
In 2006 I was told I would never work again after a life changing car accident. Exploring yoga, functional medicine, acupuncture and more… I defied the odds and can’t wait to share what I’ve learned!
Functional Medicine graduate in 2016, 200 hour yoga teacher training in 2014 and the 500 hour teacher training in 2020, I’ve also completed additional certification for Yin & Restorative yoga and a Sound Healing certification which has become a huge passion of mine. The awesome power of a sound therapy session is something I am so incredibly excited to share.
My time away from teaching and massaging is spent running this studio filled with the most amazing tribe of humanz. Spending time with my best friend/husband, the beautiful friends we are blessed to have in our world, our amazing Son and his beautiful wife, my lovely, creative daughter and of course… our kitty Popsi.
