Massage & Body Work
Personalized care, not one-size-fits-all.
At Go To The Zone Wellness, bodywork sessions are shaped around what your body needs that day. Your therapist may incorporate supportive techniques and enhancements when appropriate, with the goal of creating the treatment that works best for you.
Therapeutic Massage
Customized massage sessions designed to support relaxation, pain relief, circulation, and whole-body well-being. Your therapist may incorporate different techniques based on what your body needs that day, helping ease tension and support a deeper sense of balance.
Cupping Therapy
Cupping uses gentle suction to support circulation, release muscle tension, and encourage deeper tissue mobility. It may be helpful for chronic pain, inflammation, myofascial restriction, and areas that feel tight or stagnant.
Craniosacral Therapy
A gentle, light-touch approach that supports the body in releasing tension and restoring balance. Craniosacral Therapy may help with nervous system regulation, relaxation, pain relief, and whole-body ease.
Hot Stones
Hot stones use gentle heat to relax muscles, ease tension, and create a deeply soothing massage experience. The warmth allows the therapist to work into deeper layers of muscle while supporting comfort and relaxation.
Manual Lymphatic Drainage
A gentle technique designed to support healthy lymph flow, reduce swelling, and encourage the body’s natural healing process. This may be especially supportive for post-surgical recovery, fluid retention, inflammation, and lymphatic congestion.
CBD Massage
CBD massage may be added to select services for additional relaxation and targeted support. The massage oil is used during your session to create a calming, soothing experience for the body.

Medical Massage & Insurance
Medical massage is outcome-based bodywork for auto accident, work-related, or injury-related concerns. Many insurance companies recognize the benefits of massage therapy, and Go To The Zone Wellness is in network with Anthem, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and Regence.
If you’re seeking massage related to an auto accident or workers’ compensation claim, you may need a prescription from your primary care provider or chiropractor. Please check with your insurance plan directly to verify your benefits and coverage.
We would love to assist you in your recovery!

Wear comfortable clothing that’s easy to change in and out of. For massage, you’ll be professionally draped throughout your session and your therapist will only uncover the area being worked on. For assisted stretch sessions, you’ll remain fully clothed, so wear something soft and flexible that allows you to move comfortably.
